1. Acceptance
By using NextOne you agree to these terms. If you use it for a hospital or clinic, you confirm you may bind that organization.
2. What NextOne is
NextOne helps hospitals and clinics manage tokens and queues for admins, doctors and staff, and lets patients track tokens on the web.
3. Eligibility and authorization
You must be authorized to use NextOne on behalf of your organization and be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
4. Account responsibilities
Keep credentials confidential, give accurate information, and tell us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.
5. Hospital and clinic responsibilities
Organizations manage their users and roles, and are responsible for their use of NextOne and compliance with laws that apply to them.
6. Patient data responsibilities
Hospitals and clinics must have a lawful basis, and any consent required, for patient information they enter, and must keep it accurate. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscription and payment
NextOne is offered on a paid subscription. Fees, taxes and billing terms are shown at purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, including by:
- Breaking the law or infringing others' rights
- Attempting unauthorized access or disrupting the service
- Reverse engineering the platform, except as law permits
- Entering data you have no right to use
9. Intellectual property
NextOne, its software and branding belong to Dotz or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use it during your subscription. You keep rights in your own data.
10. Third-party services
NextOne depends on third-party services. We are not responsible for their independent failures or terms.
11. Availability
We aim to keep NextOne available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages and third-party issues may occur.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using NextOne at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, security risk or legal requirement.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, NextOne is provided “as is” and “as available”. Healthcare decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dotz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period set by your agreement or applicable law.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu, will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
